What is the point in DailyScribe?
DailyScribe is a simple online platform that allows you to get into a routine of writing everyday. We give you a promt that you can use as inspiration or you could just write from your own imagination. This routine will hone your skills and build up a portfolio of short stories.
Other users can give you valuable feedback on your stories so you can improve and learn.
What do I write about?
You can write about literally anything, as long as you are writing 500 words a day. You can write fiction or non-fiction, stories, thoughts, about anything. As long as it’s legal and won’t get us (or you) in trouble!
How much does it cost?
At the moment you can join for free (click here) since we are just starting out, or you can choose to support us for £5 a month (click here) which will allow us to add more features and grow more. You can cancel at anytime.
What does the future look like for DailyScribe?
We hope to constantly add more features. The more users we have the more power we have to improve the system and help you. We plan on adding the following features:
- Easy contact with publishers
- Community to help grow and show books and stories with the world
- Writing competitions with prizes
- Distraction free writing modes
- Weekly/monthly challenges
Can I use AI?
No! What would be the point in that!? AI is destroying people creativity so no ChatGPT, DeepSeek or anything similar. We will know if you do and we won’t publish your post.
